Guillermo our service tech was here within an hour to assess our problem. No water! Due to the inclement weather he said he would be back first thing the next morning to install a new pump. True to his word he was early and installed our pump. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and very kind. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
I had a great experience working with Brad McCarty during my full HVAC system replacement. Brad did an amazing job explaining all the details, answering my questions, and making sure I fully understood the options before making a decision.
His communication, engagement, and professionalism really made a difference for me. I had several options to consider, but the experience I had with Brad ultimately gave me the confidence to choose Apex.
Thank you, Brad, for taking the time to walk me through everything and making the process so much easier. I really appreciate your help and professionalism!
