“Eddie is great! Very patient, he asked important questions to help diagnose a problem I've been having, and gave me several options for next steps. You can tell he cares about diagnosing and solving the issues, and making sure his clients are well taken care of. Highly recommend giving him a try!!!”
“Extremely satisfied! This is a family owned, close-knit company... I needed a replacement of a 39-year-old gas water heater. Elizabeth responded quickly to my call and was available at the times that best fit my availability. She came out to provide an estimate late Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday the new water heater was installed. Mike, the owner, was awesome. He did the installation himself and, while the job ended up being more involved than originally expected, he took care of everything with no additional charges. The job included emptying and hauling away the old water heater, running new plumbing, moving the gas line and exhaust vent, and installing a new shut-off valve. I feel I received excellent customer service and a quality product. I would recommend Ohio Water Heaters (Ohio Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, aka Service Heros) to anyone looking to replace their water heater, or anyone with plumbing needs.”
“Scheduling was very easy, they were quick to respond and very helpful. Caleb showed up and got right to work, explaining what he found and the solution to us as he did. A really great experience - we'll definitely be using them again!”
