Elizabeth responded quickly to my call and was available at the times that best fit my availability. She came out to provide an estimate late Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday the new water heater was installed. Mike, the owner, was awesome. He did the installation himself and, while the job ended up being more involved than originally expected, he took care of everything with no additional charges. The job included emptying and hauling away the old water heater, running new plumbing, moving the gas line and exhaust vent, and installing a new shut-off valve. I feel I received excellent customer service and a quality product.
