We were replacing casement windows with a slider, and when Frank came by to measure, he made some suggestions to help maintain the design aesthetics required by our HOA . Ryan B. and his installer team was great, making sure that everything was covered and that there would be no damage to our property while they were working. Once finished, Ryan demonstrated operation and access for cleaning of the double hung windows (fairly obvious) as well as the slider which is removed for cleaning in a unique fashion.
