“WOW, JUST WOW! If you are looking to get your windows replaced, please do yourself a favor and call Tom at Just Windows! We had a fabulous experience with all three gents from JW: Tom, and our two installers Matt and Alan. Tom came over in the summer to give us a quote and had one of the BEST prices around, plus great reviews! Very nice, and kept us updated as to when our windows would be in, and ready to install. Fast forward to the installation, Matt and Alan were prompt, professional, and cleaned up everything when they finished! They worked around our our needs (sleeping husband and work at home wife), and truly made our home look brand new! Not only did they do an amazing job with our windows, but they cleaned up all the debris and old windows, and worked so efficiently. It was a breeze! Both men were friendly and Matt gave me a window tutorial at the end and kept us updated on the process and progress. BUT, the best part was that Matt noticed our front door and storm door were not installed quite right, and offered to fix it up a bit to where it should be! That front door has been a pain, and he made it 100 times better. I honestly cannot thank all three men enough for turning our house into a home! “Really happy with the windows!A little bit of an uneasy start: the salesman promised a ten week total project time, but it ended up taking six months. Some of the delays were unforeseeable, but I got the quote on Dec 2, and for some reason, he did not know or did not tell me that the company had to wait until January to submit new year paperwork, then wait for the city to respond. I am fine with waiting, but I was frustrated that I checked in with him (as he was supposed to be my contact for questions) in mid December and then in mid January and got vague answers like "should be soon" and "any day now." When I finally called the main office, they were very helpful and explained the delay. I wish I had talked to someone more informed much earlier in the process.Another small issue was that the guys who measured the windows measured one incorrectly. There was no way the installers could have known this until they took out most of the existing window, meaning I had to live with a half-cardboard window for six weeks. They actually did do a very nice job on the cardboard so that it didn't leak! Although it was a bit of an eyesore, kudos to the installers for being able to make do.While these smaller issues did not make it a 5/5 star experience, the installers and the windows themselves are fantastic! The installation crew was punctual, fast, friendly, and professional. They installed eight windows in under four hours, and they look amazing. The sealing and caulking is flawless. They also did an immaculate job of cleaning up. The windows are great, and the house is noticeably less drafty. Very fine work!“
