Visited the Mentor, Ohio store. Lara Eley was very helpful answering our many questions. Sorry to hear the Mentor store is closing. We will be visiting the new Highland Heights store when it opens in January. Very impressed with Pella’s product as well as Lara’s knowledge of the options available. Bob Genovese was a great sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. He was personable and made our experience entertaining which I don't think you can usually say when ordering windows and doors! Our windows arrived even sooner than expected.

I stopped in the showroom for assistance with a part. Lara informed me that the parts department was located at their main office at the Bedford location. She still went above and beyond in helping me even though that was not her department. I appreciate her efforts and she helped tremendously!
