TIm & Sean started at 8:00 am and didn't stop until the job was completely done! The double doors are simply beautiful. We originally reached out to Middlefield Windows and Door to inquire about getting 12 new windows and a slider, spoke with Kelly whom was very kind and helpful, she set up an appointment in March for an estimate. Rick the owner was a nice guy and came out in March and was very prompt and answered all of our questions. Within two months of signing we received a call from Kelly to setup an appointment to install the windows and slider which was faster than originally promised. The install took almost two days and the head installer Nick and his crew were very friendly and did an excellent job.I was pleased they use their own installers and do not sub contract to other companies....read full review

What a great experience! If you are looking for a great product with great service and great people to deal with you have found it. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Rick, Kelly and Larry made it so easy for me. NO Gimmicks, NO Games. Rick came out, ON TIME, Kelly called and scheduled as soon as the doors hit there business, Larry showed up ON TIME to install and you didn't even know he was here unless you were looking at our beautiful doors.
