Ekoue was very efficient and completed the installation in 45 minutes, however, draining the old water heater took a little longer than expected due to a heavy buildup of scale in the tank. Ekoue did an excellent job making sure to clean up the area before leaving.“

During a semi-annual maintenance service, Chuck performed a variety of tasks, including fixing a whistle sound in my furnace, checking all the vents, and watering down my air conditioner with a hose. He also helped me put away the hose when he was through. He was highly knowledgeable, very ethical, and truly helpful throughout his visit. “Needed assistance getting a drain fixture out. They succeeded, however, the technician also melted and broke the drian pipe beneath my tub. I was not charged anything. A couple weeks later a more experienced technician showed up and fixed the problem for no charge. Very friendly, helpful, and they will correct their mistakes.“

“They arrived on time (actually a bit early). They worked hard because both my water heater drains were clogged and they couldn't be drained completely. The only complaints were they set pans underneath the heaters, but one was so far off center that the overflow pipe has to go on the outside of the pan. Also, they cut up one of the pressure relief overflow pipes, so I had to go out and buy a new one. Man, copper sure is expensive! Overall. I recommend them.“
