Water Heaters Plus provided a thorough review of my options at competitive prices. My initial call was at 10 am and their technician, Ekoue Tomety, arrived just before 2pm. Ekoue was very efficient and completed the installation in 45 minutes, however, draining the old water heater took a little longer than expected due to a heavy buildup of scale in the tank. Ekoue did an excellent job making sure to clean up the area before leaving.
I had a great experience. Had been shopping around. Picked out tank I wanted and setup request online. Received confirmation call the next morning to lock in schedule. Installer was towards the beginning of the install window. I was contacted to know when they'd arrive. Installer was nice, friendly, and respectful of property. Got install completed fairly quickly. Install looks good. Wasn't timing but I think everything was done in maybe 90 minutes. Would use service again.
