Jim S. came out on 8/6 to fix the shutoff values to our washer. I could not be happier with the job that he did.
Our hot water connection was leaking. Not a ton but enough to worry about what it was going to cost us. He tried to fix the leak first, when that did not work he replaced both. If he wasn't going to I would have asked him to replace them both.
He was very easy to talk to and very personable. We do have some other plumbing jobs that we are going to need done once we get our siding replaced, Accurate Plumbing will be our first call.
We have used Accurate in the past and now I remember why, excellent service, excellent communication, and high level expertise.
Mike at Accurate had let me know his professional was on the way, he kept me up-to-date as to his arrival. I appreciate that. Some companies don’t even do that. When the plumbing technician arrived, he installed some new piping and a valve. The workmanship was impeccable, and the price was extremely reasonable for what he did. If anyone’s reading reviews, and you need a plumber, Accurate plumbing is the place to call.
We have used Accurate many times over the years and have received nothing less than amazing service! If ever they couldn’t get out or it was something that they couldn’t do they have always referred us to somebody who has done a great job as well. They are always quick and reasonably priced! We always recommend them when we see someone looking.
