Had to call rescue rooter because I knew roots were the main culprit of our homes plumbing issues , Thankfully Danny Butler was able to come out and assist with options that would work best for my family for a long term repair rather than just band aiding , The installers who came to do exploratory dig and replace the rooted section of pipe , did a thorough job , with actually doing the work and coordinating with the inspector to have everything done same day , Even after Rescue Rooter hydro jetted the remaining pipe to ensure no other blockage was in the pipe , Extremely satisfied with the Work , Coordination, and efficiency of the work all around
I called them following a major storm that ripped our power lines and boxes off our house. I was able to get an estimate the same day and the work was done two days later (because I was waiting on another quote). Not only were they $1000 less than the competition, they didn't seem interested in taking advantage of us because of the urgency wanting to get our power restored.
Stanley Edwards was the technician sent out and he was very professional, honest, and friendly. In just a few hours he had our boxes reattached to the wall and wires reattached.

They did a good job on my repairs.(Replaced about 8 feet of my main sewer line with a cleanout pipe) But, did not communicate well in telling me what exactly they were going to do with my yard when they were done. As it settled, I had to move about 1/3 of the dirt, back over to the hole. Then I had to level it out. Then when the guys came out to cut the cleanout pipe. I was happy to see the pipe cut down well below yard level. Then they seeded an strawed, all the bare spots in my front yard. I wasn't told this would be done to this extent. These guys did a great job. Overall the work was great. But the original men didn't explain what exactly would happen, with the yard.
