I had to replace a upstairs bath tub drain. After hours of trying to remove the old one, I finally got the new one installed. It was fine for showers however, when water was run in the bathtub, it leaked from the second floor, to the ceiling of the first floor kitchen. I went on Angie’s, got approximately three companies to reply, and Discount Drains was the first one to reply. They sent a technician out first thing next day. Graham showed up, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issue expeditiously, and then even offered an additional part at no cost to me.
