Austin was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was able to address the challenge at hand with the HVAC repair quite well and field questions from me simultaneously.

Joe was great and did all the routine maintenance. Was especially helpful in dealing with a real problem with the attic A/C during the heat wave! I’d use him again in a minute!

Our old A/C (21 years old!) was struggling. It was time to replace it. We decided to stick with Rheem since our last 2 units had long lives - and hoped this one would also last long. Techs were very efficient and courteous.
