Thanks to OJ Jackson our tech today. He was very professional and did a great job with our heating maintenance. We have used Custom Air for several years and have been happy with their service.

Workers are great, but today. I was told my appointment time was 9 to 11. If I hadn't called, I'd probably still be waiting. Someone changed it to 11 to 1 without my knowledge. A reminder call the day before would have cleared this up.

We’ve been customers of Custom Air for many years and have always been happy with the service and products we’ve received. Having lived in our home for 32 years, we’ve gone through a few replacements and upgrades over the years. We’ve also had a service contract every year in which a service rep comes out 2 x per year to check the system and clean the filter, and we get a small discount for the rare occasions that we need actual service. Most recently our service rep was OJ Jackson. He arrived right on time, explained everything, and was very thorough and professional.
