The serviceman, a cheerful young man who read the problem description (I called in on Sunday night) before he arrived, and formulated a plan to solve it before entering my home. To me, that’s better than excellent service.
Calob came by for what we thought was a relatively simple problem, however, discovered a much deeper underlying issue that could have led to out family getting carbon monoxide poisoning if unchecked. He politely explained the issue and showed us how he was able to diagnosis it, giving us confidence in what we were being told. Great experience!
Our new furnace was installed a few days later. We had a few concerns afterwards, Cody and Kevin came out promptly to address them. They provided exceptional customer service and were diligent in getting the job correctly. They also made sure to check if I had any additional questions or concerns before leaving.
Preston was able to come out and give us an estimate on work the next day after I called. He is knowledgeable and had a great idea for venting my attic. Very personable and nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend Preston and Dor-Mar services. Thanks!
