Calob came by for what we thought was a relatively simple problem, however, discovered a much deeper underlying issue that could have led to out family getting carbon monoxide poisoning if unchecked. He politely explained the issue and showed us how he was able to diagnosis it, giving us confidence in what we were being told. Great experience!
