“I switched to this company after having an issue with my heat pump shutting off periodically all last summer with a different Trane dealer who could not find the cause. Clayton did the maintenance on the unit this year and then diagnosed and fixed the issue from last year as well. It seems that my thermostat which was supposedly changed out under warranty last year was the culprit. I have no more issues now, and highly recommend Clayton as a great company to handle your HVAC.“

He did diagnostic tests, and then explained clearly the results. Mike gave me some options, and we determined that my best course of action would be a new furnace. “Had my tankless water heater stop working last evening. Called EMS this morning after a getting a recommendation from a friend. I was not expecting any service today as I know many business are so overwhelmed and I have not needed their services previously. They offered to try and fit me in and they did just that.
