Premium Air Solutions provides excellent duct cleaning services. The team arrives on time, completes the job efficiently (often within an hour), and leaves no mess behind. Customer service is also a highlight, with knowledgeable staff addressing any issues or concerns, including clarifying the definition of "main lines". The technicians, Ron and Jay, are polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
I scheduled air duct cleaning on their coupon special. Randy and Jayden arrived on time / within the scheduled window prepared and ready to work! They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Randy explained everything they were doing. Although their were additional services that were offered, I didn't feel like there was any high pressure sales pitch. I did opt for a few additional services, but because I wanted them, NOT because they were pushed on me. I will definitely use Premium Air Solutions again and would highly recommend their business and employees.
Scheduled the $99.95 special for cleaning vents, etc. Randy came and explained what all he recommended needed cleaning (add-ons), which was well-worth the price. The add-ons were optional and I felt no pressure to partake, but necessary for someone with allergies like myself in a house that has never had the ducts cleaned professionally before.
Randy was very friendly and highly knowledgeable in HVAC cleaning/maintenance. Highly recommend and will use this company again!
If you want your vents cleaned these guys are on the job. They came in they handled business and were done in 45 min. My vents look 20x better considering I haven’t had them cleaned in 5 years. Randy and Jayden’s customer service was amazing. They were both very professional explained in detail what was going on and was very friendly. I’m so happy I chose this company and I will be a returning customer.
