Fantastic job! We have a very old steam boiler. The guys at EMS plumbing have great communication and seemingly work really well with each other to diagnose a problem & get it done!

Our furnace stopped working the other day and our warranty company had EMS come and took a look. EMS sent Denny and he was great.He quickly swapped out a bad part and put a second on order. Two days later we had another issue with the furnace and EMS again sent Denny who had the issue working two hours later. He was a really nice guy, explained what the problems were and what he did to fix them. He also showed me how to better control my zone system which will result in saving money heating my house.It's unfortunate that some have had bad experiences with this company. Have used this company for a hot water heater replacement and a new sump pump. Our warrantly company sent them out and I am always cautious of the businesses the warranty sends out since I don't have much choice in the matter. Each time they have come they have done an excellent job and have been respectful of our hose by cleaning up and not leaning a mess. All work was been completed quickly. I will definitley use them again in the future.
