“We recently had a new performance furnace and ac unit installed. There was a bit of a learning curve understanding how the new thermostat works. It deals with the humidity in the home before it deals with actual thermostat setting . I had called to have someone come out and make sure everything was OK as it was not cooling to the set temperature when it was over 90degrees. When Kyle came out he looked over everything. The thermostat and furnace to check cooling and then outside to check ac unit. He was very thorough and great at explaining how the newer units operate. He was a pleasure to talk to.“

“Our toilet had a clog that I wasn’t able to clear on my own. After about 15 calls trying to find a plumber who could come out the same day, I reached 1-800-Plumber. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the charges and he went about his business. He had the problem fixed quickly. I would rate both Neko and the receptionist with a 10 out of 10.“
