I switched to this company after having an issue with my heat pump shutting off periodically all last summer with a different Trane dealer who could not find the cause. Clayton did the maintenance on the unit this year and then diagnosed and fixed the issue from last year as well. It seems that my thermostat which was supposedly changed out under warranty last year was the culprit. I have no more issues now, and highly recommend Clayton as a great company to handle your HVAC.
Camden came and did our regular yearly AC check and did a wonderful, thorough job! He went above and beyond, listened and addressed my concerns, and took care of it! All fixed and cooling us down better than ever!
Of course our AC had to stop working the hottest week of the year and on the 4th of July. Peter came out so timely and got us back up and running in minutes! The issue easily could have turned a lot more lucrative for him because we were desperate and it was a holiday but instead he was honest about the issue and just hosed out our unit, which was filthy, and had caused it to overheat and shut down. What he charged us was fair and honest and we will absolutely use him for future needs and recommended him to anyone.
