“Our toilet had a clog that I wasn’t able to clear on my own. After about 15 calls trying to find a plumber who could come out the same day, I reached 1-800-Plumber. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the charges and he went about his business. He had the problem fixed quickly. I would rate both Neko and the receptionist with a 10 out of 10.“

“If you want your vents cleaned these guys are on the job. They came in they handled business and were done in 45 min. My vents look 20x better considering I haven’t had them cleaned in 5 years.
