“I've been using Central Heating for about 4 years now. I had been using a smaller company in town, but was having trouble getting them out for service in a timely manner. My neighbor had been using Central for years, and recommended them to me. I had a breakdown on July 4 about four years ago, and called them the morning of the fifth. they were able to get a repair man out here before noon and get me up and running. I have been with them full-time ever since. I just had a central air unit installed, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Their sales and service department are great. Before the install, they discussed some minor changes they were going to make in order for the unit to operate more efficiently with air distribution. The installers were very courteous and professional, and did a really great cleanup afterwards. Thank you.“

“Bought a Lennox AC for my house in Peter’s Twp through Kowalski (April 2023). The unit itself worked but there was a valve/control unit installled near the coils (by the furnace) that just kept breaking and the AC would stop. Kowalski came out quickly each time it happened and replaced the part. After 3 times, they had the factory rep come out and meet them to go over everything and all agreed it was installed and working as expected. Eventually Kowalski came up with an alternate installation that bypassed the need for that control unit. That was late summer. Since then everything worked as expected.Overall, I am very happy with the service and professionalism of the Kowalski team. The overall price was competitive and their after-install service was top notch (even in the face of a frustrating problem). I’m sure all of those visits to my house cost them $ but they stayed on top of the issue and kept me updated throughout.“
