“Clayton had installed the original Trane air-conditioning and heating systems 27 years ago. They have serviced it from start to finish. which is why they both lasted 27 years. Because of that I had them install the new Trane air-conditioning and heating system currently because of their great service. The installation Crew was nothing less than perfectionist. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the charges and he went about his business. He had the problem fixed quickly. I would rate both Neko and the receptionist with a 10 out of 10.“
