Right in the middle of the late June/early July heat wave - my AC unit started acting up. Tyler was onsite within 4 hours as he always has been. While I ultimately will need an upgraded unit, he clearly explained the current problem, short term solution, and long term solution. In the end, he was able to make some adjustments to my unit to enable it to run most efficiently for a little while longer while I plan/save for the needed upgrade. We cannot say enough good things about this company. After a winter storm, our baseboard heat on a boiler system stopped working and it was freezing outside. They responded incredibly fast when we needed help the most.
The technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He clearly knew boiler systems inside and out and had our heat restored quickly and efficiently.
