“Right in the middle of the late June/early July heat wave - my AC unit started acting up. Tyler was onsite within 4 hours as he always has been. While I ultimately will need an upgraded unit, he clearly explained the current problem, short term solution, and long term solution. In the end, he was able to make some adjustments to my unit to enable it to run most efficiently for a little while longer while I plan/save for the needed upgrade. Thanks as always to Tyler and the Team at ThermoPro! I wouldn't trust anyone else.”
