Yet another 5 star plus review for Ed Rike Plumbing. After our washing machine and dryer were delivered today, we could not turn off the cold spigot to the washer and had to turn off the main water valve. So, we called Ed Rike and within an hour, they sent Steve and Kyle. They were both amazing in replacing our two washing machine spigots very quickly. They even did a test run to make sure the new washer was working. Thanks again to the team for your professionalism and caring manner! Kudos to a great company who has helped us SO much in the last few years with issues in our 30 year old home.
Ed Rike was exactly what we were looking for!! My mother was brought home from the hospital with hospice care to pass in her own home. On a Friday night, 1 o'clock in the morning, a weekend before the 4th of July my mother's AC froze up and stopped blowing cold air. I called several numbers listed on Google for 24 hour emergency AC service. I had a call back from Zach the technician manager with 30 minutes stating he was 30 minutes away from her location. The AC was fixed within a 1 hour 1.5 hours. The price that was charged for an emergency call was so so reasonable.
