“I have nothing but great things to say about Innovative Builders. They were able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. They started the project not long after. Mark did an awesome job. He repaired a section of the concrete in my basement and repaired the steps and a wall in the basement as well. Mark was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had and gave me great advice on other projects. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my first call if I need help with another project in the future!“

“I have positives and negatives, so please read the entire thing. The reason for a 4-star rating is at the end of this review! Otherwise, it would not have been more than 2-stars! My dining room bay window was badly damaged by the hail storm back in May 2024. I contacted Joyce Factory Direct and they replaced the window months ago. The salesman, Mason, was polite and knowledgeable. I hired Joyce Factory Direct. Much of the work was covered by my homeowner's insurance. The crew was professional and the installers were pleasant to work with. I provided bottles of water. They ran into a problem in my sideyard (of which I was unaware). I live in a rural country area and there are a lot of wild animals out here. Deer, possums, raccoons and bears left fleas in the side yard. These poor guys were covered. I provided flea spray. They were very nice about the whole ordeal. I ordered a large bay window and a smaller window. The small window was perfectly installed and finished. The bay window looked amazing...on the EXTERIOR of the house. When the crew was ready to leave I asked when the interior trim would be finished. I was told that was my responsibility! WHAT? I paid over $5,000.00 for that bay window! Seriously? Well, it's been several months (this was done before the storm that damaged so much of Asheville, NC). I called several times and finally got them to send someone back out to finish the interior trim (because I threatened to report them to the BBB). The workman who did the job, VERNON PARKER, was TERRIFIC! He said it is company "policy" that the installers themselves determine if they will do the interior trim. He disagreed with said policy! Putting up wood or PVC trim would have been a nightmare. Instead, this guy planned and designed metal trim and molded it to my bay window. It looks FANTASTIC and blends perfectly with the existing window trim. I cannot even see any seams, it is flawless! So, in the end, they did a great job, but it took me months, and aggravation, to accomplish. BE FOREWARNED!“

“Dominic and his team were great from start to finish. From inspection to completion everything went as smooth as possible. Dominic worked with our insurance to ensure our roof was covered from the damage. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and prepped everything to they could start right away. Finished the job in one day and the dumpster was out the same day as well. Crew did a great job cleaning up and were very curtious of our kids and dog.“

“The process with Ohio Buckeye Plumbing was beyond easy. I called Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater. They are the BEST! “I can’t say enough good about this company. It started with the quoting process, the man that came out was very friendly, easily understood our plans, and told us how’d they do it. The estimate came back promptly and was very fair! The work they did was phenomenal! They ran into a major problem on one of the areas (not their fault—just the prior person that did poor work coupled with the age of the house at 111 years.) They presented the problem honestly, explained the options, and worked with us towards a solution. They worked tirelessly to fix the problem area right and the adjustment they made to the price was EXTREMELY reasonable given the amount of work it took. That area turned out truly amazing! When they were done, the whole area was cleaned up nice for such a dirty job! They communicated very well the whole time and always showed up at time with a smile on their faces!

Work done: 1. cut out and replaced water-damaged, bowing area of plaster and adjacent crack. 2. Fixed another large unsightly crack in plaster elsewhere in the room. 3. Scrape and completely refinish a textured plaster ceiling and made it smooth (this was the part that was originally supposed to be to remove some bad mud work and retexture until they discovered the whole thing was “delaminating.”)

I will absolutely use them again next time something needs fixed up on our old house!“

“Directions: I-71 exit 231 (OH-82 WB.) To Prospect Rd (OH-237 NB), turn right. 1/4 mi after RR crossing and stop light, look for the green Kalinich sign in front of the white house. Turn right into the driveway immediately afterwards (swing wide/it's easy to miss). Will be turning into the driveway between the two small white houses. Will see loading docks straight ahead. Will need to do a U-turn or Y-turn to get turned around. They gave me a dock quickly and started loading me right away. When you bump the dock, pull forward an inch or two so they can raise the dock plate.“

“Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom.  This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc).  It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror.  All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.

Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.

The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier.  We are excited to have them back for future renovations“

Having built a prior trust and appreciation of their craftsmanship we contracted with them again for a full kitchen and master bath remodel. The entire process working with Kara Shelley, Melissa Hurst, Dina Jereb, Brian Hurst, Danny Mize, Amy Tilow, Ryan Wallace and Doug Dilley proved to be well worth it! Danny Mize and Mark Ballok were just here to do an annual review to evaluate their work under warranty. Such a nice service! All were professional, kind and responsive to deliver our beautiful remodel.“

“ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! They were professional, courteous and fast. I really can't praise them enough. When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Jim the PM and the owner of the construction company met with me, and we discussed colors, finishes, timeline etc. The construction crew was awesome though not a part of ATI but handpicked by ATI. ATI's PM, Jim, came by the house at least 3 times a week to make sure everything was going well on schedule and that I was happy and satisfied with the job.
