Our family needed a larger home quickly because another move fell through unexpectedly. The builder worked hard to keep things on schedule and updated us whenever something changed. During the final walkthrough we noticed a few paint imperfections, but the team corrected them before move-in day. We’ve been here several months now and still feel happy with the decision we made.
I have nothing but great things to say about Innovative Builders. They were able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. They started the project not long after. Mark did an awesome job. He repaired a section of the concrete in my basement and repaired the steps and a wall in the basement as well. Mark was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had and gave me great advice on other projects. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my first call if I need help with another project in the future!
