Doug showed up for our dryer vent cleaning this morning at the exact time he told us he’d be here. We’d noticed a degradation of the dryer efficiency, so he came out to work on it. Great and very personable man!
He got to work while I went inside for a few minutes. I came back out to see dryer lint snow flying everywhere! Poor guy was absolutely covered in it! I asked him to come down and take a break, handed him a water bottle, and we talked for a bit. He finished up a few minutes later with the vent blowing full blast. I feel much better now that that was taken care of.
