Marcus Sebastian Renovations just concluded our master bathroom/closet remodel. Just to add some context---- In my adult lifetime I've built 5 houses from the ground up and have dealt with a lot of contractors. You will not find a more professional, honest, and skilled contractor/team than this company.
From the initial design by Marcus, to the picking out the color scheme and materials with Carolina and Marcus, to the construction manager/foreman Dmitriy ( more on him later), Artem who did much of the demolition and installation, and to the subcontractors they had build and install the awesome closet cabinets----I cannot say enough nice things about this...read full review
The best companies and their staff listen to the customers and are flexible. We didn't want designers that other companies sent to tell us what we wanted. Marcus Sebastian's carpenters, Robbie and Mark built walls and redirected plumbing according to our design. They ensured a leak-proof zero-threshold shower, improved insulation on an outside wall and added support behind drywall for the grab-bars we might someday need. They know the ADA protocols that we built into our design and gave us choices of which we hadn't been aware. They tolerated a 7 month delay that was due to the specialized mosaic from a Virginia company and coordinated with our regular HVAC team...read full review
