“Bartels pet hospital. Walking in the doors is a welcoming experience. I know as everyone does going to the vet is extremely stressful for both human and furry friend. We worry for our four legged friends. But when i go to bartels. That stress dissipates. The front desk workers are hard working and always going the extra mile. While prices can be high they are fair. The nurse like people are amazing as they welcome you into your appointment and help you with the process. The vets are perfect. Always focused on you and your furry friend. Treating your dog not as a wild animal but as a member of your family. I can’t speak highly enough on this team and this place. Building is a staple in brecksville been my parents went here and now i go here. I thank the dedicated team and Vets who work hard to make sure we go home with our fury friends feeling better ?“

“Amazing place . i would tell everyone and anyonje to come here. Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance“

“Dr. Cunningham made me feel comfortable right away! I've had a hard time finding a good exotic vet that knows how to handle bunnies. All of that was completely smoothed over starting with our vet tech, who was clearly comfortable with dealing with our Holland Lop. Dr. Cunningham was attentive and caring, and has her own bunnies so she knows how big of a personality they have. It is such a relief to have found someone we can trust.“

“Went there today for my sweet Betty. She got pink eye. The doctor stain her eye to see if she had any scratching marks. I would recommend come here. The nurse who with us was very nice and helpful. I forgot her name. She showed me how to put the ointment to Betty’s eye. I would come back for her routine check up and vaccine.“

She didn't make giving them a blood sample easy, yet they did great while keeping her happy.“
