Yes, they do the exam in the back but owners are welcome to come back also! They have everything they could need in a large central exam room. “Dr Jay is incredibly kind & knowledgeable & takes all the time needed to take care of your pup. Never rushes through anything & makes sure to thoroughly explain everything. Has a sense of humor to keep even the more difficult visits lighthearted. After our one dogs passed away he found out through the oncologist and he sent us a sympathy card in the mail. That was very touching & thoughtful. I would recommend bringing your dog here 100/100 times. Very very fair pricing too & appointments can typically be made without needing to wait long.“

“I've been taking my anxious dog to them for roughly 12 years. They staff is, for the most part, super friendly and quick to service you whether it's on the phone or in person. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I just have two complaints. 1) the website and the answering machine have different versions of what their open hours are and they don't respond to emails/messages on their site or to voicemails that are left 2) while the vets are always nice and clearly care about your pet, the turnover rate is crazy and you're never informed about any changes. You show up and suddenly have a new vet.“

“Extremely satisfying service provided by Dr. Kim and the entire team. I usually take time to write any review and that’s what I’m doing now. We have been visiting this place for more than three years now and undoubtedly we will continue going there. Our female Beagle is going there since her puppyhood. She’s always happy with her vet team. She likes to meet them and enjoy their company. We are blessed that our Beagle never showed unpleasant feelings while they are handling her. She is not afraid of taking vaccines which means that the vet team are taking good care of her. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, but most importantly he is reasonable by all means. His suggestions and recommendations are useful. His opinions about vaccination and/or medicines are relevant and reasonable. The team members are professional and responsive. They always showed their effort to make our visits easy and convenient. We understand that all pets are very important for their owners so, we never hesitate to wait until the previous visitors are done with their stuff. Because when our terms comes, Dr. Kim and his team always gave us enough time to get our stuff done. So, undoubtedly he is doing the same thing to everyone else. They make every effort to accommodate us during their Saturday slots because that’s what fits best with our schedules. We will definitely recommend others to try them. They are doing their best. “We've been going here for years. They've always taken great care of our pets. Last year, my cat passed away. For a few of the vet visits, when it was clear he was fading, the vet didn't charge us for the exam. It made the entire ordeal just a little bit easier.“
