Very welcoming vet. I was charged for a follow-up and testing that duplicated a 3-week prior visit. Same results, of course. I ate the cost bc it was basically my bad for trusting a follow up was needed ?!
Vet costs have sky-rocketed due to equity groups buying them out. I recommend verifying costs BEFORE your visit (especially follow ups). I like the location and the staff are all professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Everyone there seem to really care about and enjoy animals which is key, imo.
Everyone is always very friendly, caring and patient with my cat, who is not always cooperative when it comes to things like nail trims. They also take the time to listen to and address any questions/concerns.
We recently had our first appointment here for my 70lb pittie mix in search of a more affordable dental cleaning procedure. (My local office is in Twinsburg, and they charge an arm and a leg). This clinic was recommended to me by a colleague.
Dr. Johnson and the vet tech who met with us first were very kind to my highly anxious dog as well as knowledgeable/informative about any questions I had. I have her dental cleaning scheduled in a few weeks and am looking forward to checking this off my list of to-do’s!
