Everyone is always very friendly, caring and patient with my cat, who is not always cooperative when it comes to things like nail trims. They also take the time to listen to and address any questions/concerns.
We recently had our first appointment here for my 70lb pittie mix in search of a more affordable dental cleaning procedure. (My local office is in Twinsburg, and they charge an arm and a leg). This clinic was recommended to me by a colleague.
Dr. Johnson and the vet tech who met with us first were very kind to my highly anxious dog as well as knowledgeable/informative about any questions I had. I have her dental cleaning scheduled in a few weeks and am looking forward to checking this off my list of to-do’s! It was our first visit visit to Gateway, the entire staff, doctors, nurses, techs, all made us feel more at ease. We happen to be there unfortunately for an emergency visit for our senior kitty. Dr. Federer and staff were able to order tests, talk with us about our options and made a plan. While, no veterinarian services are inexpensive, this was all reasonable for the level of care we received. Thank you to the doctors and staff for your kindness.
