I'm grateful for Gateway! The staff is friendly, and tremendously helpful. My last visit with one of my pups cemented them as our sole provider for both of our dogs. Our oldest Killjoi was suffering from skin irritations & Hot spots. Dr. Christine (whom i adore!!!) communicated with me in a way I just genuinely appreciated, she laid out a plan, and provided options to help resolve his issues not just at the moment, but going forward and provided info for what to look out for in the future to avoid flare ups. I brought my dog Tegan in today for a limp in his hind leg. From the phone call I made in the morning to check out the staff was amazing!! I have spent a lot of money on Vet care for my pets with other clinics and I have to say this one beats them all hands down! Dr.Julia Franquesa-Guivernau was very knowledgeable and caring! We have also brought our cat her when she had surgery and she got excellent care as well! Even though our Suburban Vet is closer we will now use Gateway for all our pets needs!

I had to bring my cat in because he was having major issues going to the bathroom. It ended up being more than just that and we tried a procedure to unblock him, unfortunately it came right back. I ended up having to put him down last week & it was the hardest thing EVER. Kellie at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She helped me in so many ways and was the most sweetest,caring & compassionate person I've ever met at a vet. She came and checked on me while I was in the room, she talked me through it & was so beyond helpful. She has an amazing heart & definitely cares about what she does.
