I just moved up here, so it was my first time here and for a semi-urgent situation. They were very efficient in getting us back into an exam room when we arrived. Everyone who helped us was friendly and careful. They explained everything along with writing it down so I understood how to do things for my pet and why they were important. I'll definitely be going with them as my regular vet.
My husky Freya is very distrusting of vets and tends to get very anxious. The doctor and staff at this vet were very understanding and gave her the best visit she’s had ever. Can’t thank the vet staff enough!
I’ve been taking my senior bunny Oliver to Oak Tree for 4 years. Dr. Film and the staff at Oak Tree always take the best care of him, and it’s always a pleasure bringing him in. Her guidance on his care as he gets older and navigating some ongoing health issues has been invaluable! I definitely recommend and trust Oak Tree for the best exotic animal care! The facility is always spotless and the front desk staff are always kind and welcoming!
