I cannot rave enough about Oak Tree Vets, especially Dr. Williams who saved my 23 year old cat's life with emergency dental surgery. She was kind, empathetic, and most importantly, professional. She knew what needed to be done & she understood the importance of my cat's age under anesthesia. She took care of my baby boy like he was her own and I couldn't be more grateful. We normally see Dr. Hitchcock, who is a real sweetheart, but Dr. Williams was perfect in an emergency situation and put me right at ease. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and has treated all of my beloved fur babies with such amazing care! They're all very willing to explain not just the best course of action when a health issue may arise, but incredibly willing to answer any worst-case questions I may have. They've always been able to get me in same-day if need be.

I've been going to Oak Tree for about 3 years now but they really outdid themselves today. I met with Dr. Oak because my 4 year old guinea pig Maple has a tumor. He was very gentle with her and gave me many options and was upfront about costs. I told them I had waited so long to bring her in because of financial reasons and they were very understanding and non-judgemental despite the size of her tumor. Dr. Oak recommended we get either xrays or an ultrasound to see if the tumor spread and if it did, he wouldn't reccomend surgery.
