Are they expensive? Yep. This is a 24hr emergency hospital. They are always expensive. Do I feel that they were knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough? Yep. Would I return for emergency services? Yep In one month's time, I took my 2 cats here four times. Both had to be euthanized in 2 days for 2 different things. Needless to say, it was probably the worst 2 days of my life. I really expected them to tell me she'd have to be put down, but Dr. Taylor Lashlee and her exotics team were able to get the prolapse back into the abdominal cavity. Just took Ruby there for removal of the sutures today and she is now back home and doing well. They literally saved Ruby's life and I am grateful! And for those of you with furbabies, I can report that my brother took his family's Sheepapoo, Daisy, there for ER care and also had a positive experience and a good outcome. Thank you, Metropolitan Animal Hospital, and thank...read full review
