First time at facility first time having a dog since I was a kid. They made me feel comfortable. Made sure I became knowledgeable about what is to come with the puppies first year. The staff was all nice really wonderful.

My first visit to this new location went very well. Everyone was helpful, kind, and caring. I felt welcomed as did my handsome kitty. They took excellent care of him, checking him out, and giving him needed medication. In addition, they were very accommodating when I scheduled an appointment for him to be neutered. My first time ever going to them was amazing as well. I had to end my older cat's suffering and they were so empathetic, even telling him what a good boy he was and petting him. They also gave us time to adjust and grieve, comforted us, and sent a sympathy card later. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

Dr Terry and his staff are so welcoming and friendly, we felt like we had been going there for a long time. It’s about a 45 minute drive for us but we will taking the rest of our babies to him for their beds from now on. Dr. Terry takes his time and answer any and all questions that we had highly recommend Suburban Veterinary Clinic!!
