“Our finished basement has always been humid and cold with some mold issues. We tried using dehumidifiers, but none (and I tried many) lasted more than a couple of years and even when they worked, they didn't make the basement very comfortable. Because of recommendations from Gary Sullivan, my wife and I purchased an EZBreathe system for our basement and it was installed August 30. At the time, the humidity level was at 59% (we had been in a drought situation, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been). The system slowly started bringing less humid and warmer air from the main living space into the basement and began drying out the humidity in the walls and furnishings. “Our ac went out last Saturday. We call Precision Air Comfort we got appointment right away . They came out Thursday was able to put in a brand new unit the next day . The guys were super friendly. I would definitely be using them again . The price wasn’t that bad either .
