Our technician, Philip was Very attentive and honest. Give us some options as well as working with the main office to provide the best service to fix our water problem.Carl and his accomplice Zachary did a fine job installing beautiful new faucets in our bathrooms and kitchen. They are both courteous, kind and cleaned up after the work leaving the area spotless. We will continue to work with Jackson Comfort.

Technician John performed free plumbing inspection at my condo. He inspected all faucets, sinks, bathrooms, water heater, pipes in basement, water shutoff valves. He answered my questions in detail, in particular a question about draining water heater. Very good service.
