Had a negative experience with the dispatcher but, when I finally got a tech I cannot speak highly enough. They had to order the part but, they showed me what I had to do to keep the heat on until the part arrived. This is a very reputable business and would highly recommend them

Westfield heating and air Inc! Jim screw is awesome!! They did on excellence job on my furnace install in my commercial property! And his price is unbelievable !!!came on time on the appointment!!!And Joe his service men ! Did excellent job in one of my house in Cleveland! Very reasonable!! Reliable and dependable! The crew came on time and finished our project in a reasonable amount of time and explained in detail how to submit my warranty and rebate information as well as how to use our new programmable thermostat.
