If your family isn’t the best at speaking English, then Ryan is your guy to go to.
He wasn’t pushy, and even suggested that our current AC was good enough, but that’s until it broke a week later (and it was during the middle of a pretty humid July).
Sure enough we called Ryan again. He was super patient and took his time to help my dad make an informed purchase for a new AC this year.
Also thanks to the crew members that came to install it, it was super quick and easy.
I needed a new AC and went through Costco. Costco connected me with Comfort MD. I looked at the reviews online prior to scheduling an estimate, and I was very impressed. Ryan came out for the estimate and he was down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt very comfortable and did not feel pressured in any way. I ended up choosing to get a completely new HVAC system, and I am so happy I did. My AC actually broke 3 days before I was going to get the HVAC installed, but the crew installed the new AC in one day and did an outstanding job.
