The technology that they have invested in, is super cool too! The Service Techs. are able to provide you with extremely clear/detailed pictures of the various systems they work with. I found this to be very beneficial, as I am not really sure what kind of parts they work with underneath the furnace. Oh - And they provide you with their work phone numbers! I felt comfortable knowing that I could send the team direct messages or pictures, to assist with troubleshooting.
