Same Day Service Heating and Cooling was at my house approx 30 minutes after I called to fix my heater! Very efficient and explained the issue in detail. I’m thankful because the other businesses that I called first had several day waits to get the heat back on.
Thank Kyle, Mike, Chris, and everyone at Same Day Service for all your hard work.You guys were able to accommodate me and make changes in order for my furnace installation to be done in a timely matter. You guys explained the process and did a great job with educating me on the process. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! Finally can sit comfortable in my home. I called Same day Service because my furnace wasn't working properly. They had a technician come out within an hour of me calling. Kyle and Jamie were absolutely AMAZING! They were so sweet and kind and they explained to me what was going on with the furnace! They explained it to me in a way that I could understand because this is the first time ever having to deal with something like this. I would highly recommend their service! Will definitely be contacting them if something ever happens again with my furnace or air conditioning unit or hot water tank!
