We had 900 sq ft of natural character hickory flooring installed by Jon Curtis and his team. Jon was perhaps the most thorough craftsman we have ever had at our home. His attention to detail and willingness to share his professional tips with the newer members of his team was wonderful to experience in today’s world.
Jon planned out a detailed approach for the demo, new wood delivery and installation that was a master class in logistics. He mentioned to each crew member to exercise the utmost in care and to think before they carried out a task.
His planning allowed the laundry room to be demo’d last and also to be completed first resulting in our only having a few days without our washer and dryer. A thoughtful touch that was appreciated.
Perfectionist would be a great descriptor for Jon’s work product and related ethic and the results show in the artisanship of his trade.
He showed up early and cleaned up his work area beyond expectation on a daily basis and never pulled off our job to complete another.
We could find no flaws in our completed project and hope Jon continues to mentor his team to grow and prosper.

Copper edge came out got my drain opened an pitched correctly by cutting out the old drain and replacing it with new. Now my drain runs better then it ever has before! also, they installed a brand new shower diverter and it's amazing. They were very respectful and explained everything they in lamens turms.

I had windows, a storm door and a sliding door installed in my home. I can already tell a huge difference in temperature retention from the new windows. John and Bill installed my windows and were both professional. They made sure that my home was left clean where the worked when they left. I am really happy with everything they replaced.
T-Trim is the absolute best.... I built a home is Hudson, Ohio 2 years ago I used T-Trim for my sprinkler system installation and I tell you they did a wonderful job. Stephanie coordinates everything from the beginning to the end I could tell she was very knowledgeable from the start. Tony is very professional and courteous and he’s very customer friendly. I Just recently had T-Trim install a outdoor GFI electrical outlet for upcoming installation of pond less waterfall. Tony and Stephanie dug the trench, installed the pipe and connected the wire to the electrical box. Please do not listen to the rumors T-Trim is the way to go.... Michael Graves

I called 22nd St. Hair Studio to see if I could get my hair cut very short because I am losing it due to chemo. I had never been there before but the salon seemed to have expertise in this area. One of the stylists, Toni, fit me in that day. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience! Toni was a true professional. She was friendly, kind and caring. She assessed the hair loss and presented thoughtful options about different ways to cut and style it. She generously took the time to style it and cut it in a few ways to ensure I was very pleased with the result - and I was!!! She even shampooed me twice to ensure that stray hairs were washed away. She was exceptional, and absolutely made a potentially-difficult and painful experience into a wholly positive one! If I need a wig, I will definitely return there to consult with their wig expert, Gail. This salon gets an A+ in my grade book!!
I've been coming here for a number of years. I have always had outstanding service Bonnie, Carrie and especially Michelle are fantastic, pardon the pun. I had a cut that didn't turn out right and Michelle did all she could to fix it. Had I been smart and asked if she was in on the day of the cut maybe I could have saved a trip. Cudos to all of ladies at Fantastic Sams ?
My hair is growing back from cancer treatments, I just needed a trim. I was nervous, forgot the lady's name that helped me she was so kind. She turned the clippers on, I started crying, flashbacks of shaving my head. She stopped immediately talked to me walked me through it. I can never thank her enough for being so kind and patient.

Love it here! Started getting classic lashes about 3 months ago and come back every 2.5 weeks for a fill. Both Katie and Abby listen to exactly what kind of style I want and execute it greatly. I like a very natural look and they nail it everytime. They have special beds that lift up your legs behind your knees, nice weighted blankets and foam pillow that cradles your head so the service is very comfortable.

Excellent installation services. The team came to check the details of the oven and requirements of the installation. on the day of installation, 4 team members came, removed the old oven, and replaced with the new oven. they made sure the area was clean and free of any dust from the previous oven prior to installation. After over 10 years our EZ Breathe unit went out. I filled out a form online to request a quote for a new one. The next morning I was contacted by phone with purchase options to get a new unit. Everyone was really nice and they got my new unit shipped out that day. A couple days after submitting a request online I had my new unit and was back up and running.
