“The Roto-Rooter online experience is pretty awesome. They schedule a technician to be at your house at the time you asked for. It surprisingly enough to me they were there at the scheduled time.

They didn’t wait around in their trucks for 20 minutes to finally walk across the street and knock on the door. They arrived. They came to the house and they had their equipment in the basement within 10 minutes.

The two men were clean and professional

Did not leave a mess, but they cleaned up after themselves. Very unlike other plumbers we’ve had over the years when we had to call outside our normal plumber.

A guy came in after they were all done and ran a camera down the line to show us Some damage in our lines and where some roots were growing, which is why we called them to get the roots out of our line, and gave us a price to have that fixed.

Of course REUTER being a namebrand is very expensive. We can no longer afford a price that would be a third of the Customer warehouse just to repair. The old lines.

However, they did clear the drain and the toilets flush once again. I mean without filling up our basement I know that’s gross.

$500 service which is about half that from the local guys and just a little over half from my normal guy Who was unavailable.

Although the price was high, the service was great. It was certainly worth it to me to be able to use my plumbing again.

Well, I’d always recommend my regular guy big Josh, plumbing. Because he’s all the things that these guys were a little over half the price if you can’t get josh. Try Roto rooter

“This company has been my go to for plumbing for the last 10 years. They’ve never let me down. Again today they came through for me when I needed them most. My hot water heater started spewing water everywhere this afternoon. As soon as I got the water turned off I immediately called Deaton Plumbing and again they came to my rescue. They assured me that they would not leave without hot water over the weekend. In no time at all they had two very competent young men come out with a 50 gallon water heater and replaced the old one. Brett and Cole were excellent. Both friendly and polite, hard working and competent. They came in and quoted me a price, making sure that I was ok with it, explained what they were going to do and immediately got to work. It was a pleasure to have them here. They replaced the old water heater, took the old one away and cleaned everything up ( you wouldn’t even know anything happened, except for the new equipment).
