“We had a minor emergency, and with family coming in town. It was critical to get the problem addressed right away. Chris jumped through hoops to get Travis out to our house. Travis was awesome!!! Diagnosed the problem quickly ran up to Home Depot and completed the repair within an hour. He was courteous, professional and diligent with his clean up. If I could give Travis a 10* I would!! “We contacted the team at G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating due to an issue with our hot water tank. I greatly appreciated working with a real team member on the phone and not having to input information into AI to talk to someone about our problem. We initially left a voicemail and got a call back within 15 minutes and scheduled a time for a team member to come out to help diagnose the problem. Logan worked assiduously to detect the problem, but unfortunately, we needed to replace the tank. The pricing to replace the hot water tank was very fair and reasonable, especially because we needed a specific size.

Logan and Devin came out a few days later to replace our hot water tank. Our tank is in a small space, but they worked diligently to safely remove the tank.I cannot say enough good things about working with Devin and Logan. They took the time to go the extra mile, making sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. They went above and beyond, thoughtfully considering even the little things that could affect our tank, which gave us complete confidence in their work. They were also extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain things thoroughly. The job was tough due to the small space and other obstacles, and both Logan and Devin were extremely polite and well tempered throughout the entire process, above what I would have been able to sustain in the situation.

Discovered that other company tech had hooked up capacitor backwards. Fixed is up and system is working better than it has in a long time. ECO has great employees who are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable

Alex was courteous, helpful and resolved all the issues and got the new toilet installed quickly & left the bathroom clean -- not even any water spilled. He did a great job and replaced the old one with one that is the same size and it works great. Also replaced the water shut-off with much nicer metal hose etc.
Will definitely be calling ECO for all my plumbing needs.

Fantastic service from ECO Plumbers and Daniel Long. Came out and helped me understand what the issue was and helped me resolve it. We needed help with the plumbing & weren't sure which company to call. I'd heard the Eco ads on the radio and decided to give them a try. So glad we did. Eco is an amazing company and Daniel was super helpful, friendly and discussed the plumbing issue with me. I will definitely be calling Eco next time for any service problems I have at my home.
