“Both our toilets were backing up into the tub area. We were afraid that the main sewer line was the issue. My husband called Gene at a little before 8 am and he stated he would be at the house between 11 and 1 pm. He arrived at around 12:40 pm. Gene looked at both toilets and tubs, as well as checked the basement. He then headed to the roof and ran a snake down the vent. Problem solved within 10 minutes! The charge was very reasonable and he had several suggestions on how to prevent the situation from happening again. Would definitely use and recommend!!“
