“I was nervous about trying yoga for the first time due to my lifelong low flexibility and a recurring back injury. Not only have I seen improvements in both over the last four months, but attending classes has been a blast. When scheduling cooperates, my week usually consists of classes taught by Marla, Jess, Kiernan, Heather, and Alex. When I'm traveling, the studio offers a livestream option which is convenient. Also, the pricing is affordable. In general, it feels like the studio and the instructors care a lot about making their practice accessible.“

“Was thrilled to find Reden Yoga in 2022 after my long term teacher retired. Viniyoga should be a must try for everyone for healing & maintenance. Great bodily yoga practice that also addresses the mind, spirit, etc. Gentle and for all bodies, accommodations offered for digging in a bit more or hanging back.
Thai Yoga Massage is amazing - try it, you won't be sorry. Stretch & massage all at once.“

The lighting, mood, decor of the studio and instruction from the staff leaves you feeling happy and light. I highly recommend checking this place out!“

If you have difficulty striking a pose, they offer options, so you can still participate. And the instructors are very approachable, so you can ask any questions. They are very welcoming.“

675 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville“I discovered Go Yoga earlier this year, & I have enjoyed every class! I love the variety of instructors, class styles, & workshops. It is easy to fit classes in to my ever-changing schedule. At first the heated power classes were intimidating, but the teachers give lots of guidance on how to make each pose yours. I always leave the mat much better than I arrived on it. Five stars!“

30 Dillmont Dr, Columbus“My daughter and I went to the salt cave as my birthday gift to her. I have been to another salt cave somewhere else so I had some experience. We both found it peaceful and comfortable. I thought the floor was supposed to be warm and it wasn’t, and even with a blanket I was not warm enough. But it is very pretty and clean. Be careful if you are booking online through square, my receipt was wrong and I didn’t realize it until I checked my credit card statement. And the owner, I felt bad for her, but she couldn’t figure it out. Regardless, I would recommend this business.“
8AM - 8:30PM
223 E Broadway Ave, Westerville“I LOVE the Yoga Factory! The teachers are so thoughtful and kind and go above and beyond to build community and comfort. It’s the perfect place to escape reality! The classes are great sizes, usually between 3-10 people, but sometimes they get a bit crowded like this photo (but I still have plenty of room for my practice). It’s a beautiful location, clean, and I’ve brought many friends here.“
“Favorite gym that I’ve ever been a part of. Lots of equipment, always clean, friendly trainers“

8924 Lyra Dr, Columbus“The instructors are great. My only complaint is that I often am not able to book classes on Class Pass as they read that they are full, but then in the Club Pilates app they are open. That has been very disappointing to me.“

124 S Washington Ave, Columbus“My husband and I took an evening Pilates class with Jasmine while we’re in town. It was great! Just what we needed after five+ hours of driving. The space is great, I loved the incense and the prayer cards. Jasmine’s workout was challenging, but in all the right ways. I wasn’t expecting to sweat, so the thoughtful touch of a cold towel at the end was so appreciated!Definitely book whatever service you’re considering here. I am certain it will be hype.“

10710 Blacklick-Eastern Rd NW Suite 200, Pickerington“I am not one to stick to an exercise regimen. I fizzle out after a month or two. I took the intro class and was immediately hooked! That's when the obsession began! I completed 500 classes in 1.5 years! Since, I've lost 35 pounds, am so flexible, am seeing muscles I haven't seen in ages and my migraines have diminished. This is the best thing you can do both for your physical and mental health. The studio is warm and inviting with friendly staff. There are ALL body types and ages! Absolutely no intimidation! If you're looking for any of the above, this is the place to start!“
“Heartfelt Yoga Studio has been a wonderful space to re-explore yoga. The level of care and inclusivity has been a breath of fresh air. My favorite class has been the pilates-yoga fusion class--Jess is an engaging and encouraging instructor. Anyone who is looking for yoga (or an intro to pilates-yoga fusion) should definitely take a class--the atmosphere and supportive space truly are *chefs kiss*.“
