“All the equipment is already laid out for you, so there is no need to come early (mine was the first class of the day, and the door did not open until 10 minutes prior anyway). You do need to sign a waiver if it is your first time, and grippy socks are required. It was beginner-friendly, and the instructor (Amelia) really knew her returning students. She also walked around and provided corrections if needed. My abs were sore after the class. The shop offers a military discount on its membership.”
