There are various classes to meet various needs. Fitness classes have been recently added and they are fantastic. Your yoga, workout, meditation and massage needs can all be met in one place! I have never written a review before, however, I highly recommend the Yoga Loft if you are looking to begin yoga or if you are a seasoned pro!“
