Julie was wonderful and down to earth. She took a ton of time to understand my needs and specifics and had great tools. I was impressed that she wasn’t afraid to connect me to other experts on certain pain. It was really focused on me and feeling best instead of a transaction. I’ll be back .

Nagging shoulder pain? Neck tension? Tight hamstrings? Aching back? Sore feet? Let's spend our focus on the area(s) that will benefit you the most. Choose your session length (30, 60 or 90 minutes) and your desired appointment time. We can discuss treatment options and modalities together.
