“My father needed extra help at home 6 days a week, 8 hours a day for about 6 months and At Ease Home Care did an amazing job! We worked mostly with Maureen and Mark to schedule the aides to come and they were very accommodating and professional. Maureen went above and beyond to find replacements on the rare occasion when a scheduled aide was unable to come. She also followed up to check on my father when he was hospitalized which she didn't have to do but we really appreciated it. I also want to recognize Darcie who was the aide that cared for my father the most and she was amazing! The only reason I gave them 5 stars was because I couldn't give them 6 stars!“

“My daughter has been using NCH homecare for her medical supplies for years now. This past weekend, we traveled out of town. I realized soon after we arrived that I had forgotten the charger to her feeding pump. With everything we have to remember to bring to meet her medical needs, I’m always worried that I’ll forget something important. And that finally happened! I thought we’d have to cut the trip short and go home. But I decided to call and see if NCH homecare could do anything. To my surprise, they ended up delivering a new charger to us that same day even though we were 2.5 hours from Columbus. We had the best weekend and I’m so, so grateful. Truly above and beyond!“
