It was a blessing for me to know she had someone with her on days that I could not be. There was excellent communication between her provider and myself as well as the scheduler and myself . I trusted these ladies and enjoyed the times when I was there spending time with them. They were patient and caring with her .mom became fond of her provider and looked forward to amada days“

Our superiors are more than willing to supply us with what we need to care for our patients, as well as opportunities for further trainings and growth. They're incredibly understanding and accomodating, even when there's a poor connection with a patient and we require reassignment. OSHH absolutely puts the care of patients first, but employees come second and both receive quality attention to help us thrive. I love that we assist in obtaining occupational and physical therapies within our company too.“
