My father needed extra help at home 6 days a week, 8 hours a day for about 6 months and At Ease Home Care did an amazing job! We worked mostly with Maureen and Mark to schedule the aides to come and they were very accommodating and professional. Maureen went above and beyond to find replacements on the rare occasion when a scheduled aide was unable to come. She also followed up to check on my father when he was hospitalized which she didn't have to do but we really appreciated it. I also want to recognize Darcie who was the aide that cared for my father the most and she was amazing! The only reason I gave them 5 stars was because I couldn't give them 6 stars!

When my Mother-in-law broke her hip and needed to move in with us during COVID, we reached out to At Ease HomeCare to help with the transition. Sarah and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. They asked lots of questions in an effort to find the perfect aid to help. They found a home care aid that was perfect for my mother-in-law, was flexible with scheduling, and loved dogs! It made her stay and recovery so much easier. I would recommend At Ease HomeCare to anyone that is looking for a company that is detail oriented and cares about finding the right home care aid for your situation.
